Cake adventure continue

Hello! Im here again! This cake adventure will be fun...I promise!
If you want to start, it it very important to know you are ready for to try with a small cake.
You allready have a pan about 10 or 12 inches, round or square. I prefer rounds...looks so nice and they are not the comun rectangle chip store cake. But anyway depends what design do you want to made. For this size, one Dunkan Hines box will be fine. Lets try this dough first becouse is moist but not to moist like others brands. And you will not need an ultra moist dough. It can be a really terrible for to made the decorations and frosting on it.
If you would like a homemade dough I will give you a good recipe, but lets try this first.
You think this in not to difficult...it is not. But if you want a good taste cake and a good taste frosting, will be a GOOD challenge.
You have to bake the cake...but WARNING* Do not set the oven at 350. just few minuts before your dough is ready to go in the oven set your oven on 300, that will be so good for to bake a cake without a big hill in the middle! Let to bake for about 50 minutes. do not open the oven! after you have he cake ready, wait about 10 minutes to let the cake be warm, now you can shake the pan softly and try to put the cake in some sheet to let it "rest".
Wait one day for to make the decoration, just save the cake in clear plastic wrap on the counter top...
see you soon!
